Carbon fibre is well-suited to the tough tasks assigned to cleaning rods. It combines the best features of stainless steel and coated cleaning rods, then adds valuable properties of its own. Stainless steel rods can scratch or wear barrels if they're used carelessly though they won't pick up potentially damaging small abrasive particles. “Coatedrods get part of the job done they keep the stainless steel shaft from damaging your barrel's rifling, but the coating will pick up small abrasive particles, which means you're effectively running fine grit sandpaper through your bore. Carbon fibre rods are the best of both: the carbon fibre can't scratch your bore like stainless steel, and they won't embed like coated rods. Plus, Carbon Fibre rods can be bent to an extreme degree and return to their original straightness.

Due to Australia Post limitations, the maximum weight for each order is 15kg. Orders over this weight limit will require separate orders.

Due to Australian regulations we are restricted to shipping all projectiles to customers located in Australia only. Postage of projectiles to WA is not available due to government restrictions.

Dangerous goods including ammunition, powders, solvents and primers cannot legally be shipped and need to be collected from our store.

We are unable to be  liable for any damage received in transit.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will supply a full refund or replacement.

We endeavour to be as accommodating as possible, however we reserve the right to refuse refunds for customer change of mind.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. s

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@nswra.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
